Looking to take a house loan.
Hi everyone, I am planning to purchase a house within a short period, but since I have spent most of my money on my son for his education, I need to take a loan to do so. I am a software engineer and would not have the problem of good credentials to take one, but I am unable to decide whether to go for banks or other finance institutions. The problem is that most of them offer competitive rates and I can’t decide on that. I would be seeking your kind suggestions on this matter and would be pleased to know them.
