Inheritance
when declaring bankruptcy and disclosing all of your finances like creditors and stuff, would I have to include any inheritances or can I just 'leave them out'?

Depends on what it is. If it is a major asset like cash or a house or something, you definitely will. If you are talking about something like a ring or some china, then no.
