Will a house be lost?

If someone is up to date with house repayments, will they be able to keep it if they file for bankruptcy?

Well most banks, if I understand your question well, will take your home if you fail to pay it, yes they will.

Yes. But why do you want to file bankruptcy? There is a superior way that won't affect your credit and won't cost you a bundle in lawyer fees and court costs. go to: credithelpusa.org They can delete your debts, enabling you to legally walk away from them, increase your credit score, stop creditor harassment, qualiy you for loans and credit and at lower interest rates. You can't afford to not call them. The # is 817-948-8490 they are a nationwide service
