Credit scores???

At what scores are we entitled for "bankruptcy"??? i guess its 400.. please comment..

It is a little more complicated than that. If you have debt between 300 and 900 k for ex you are more likely to qualify for ch. 13. But you will have to pass a qualifying test so to speak for ch 7 to see if you really are eligible for it. It is to protect from people filing just to get out of debt.

I dont really know. I have heard about the qualifying test though.
