Looking to take a house loan.

Hi everyone, I am planning to purchase a house within a short period, but since I have spent most of my money on my son for his education, I need to take a loan to do so. I am a software engineer and would not have the problem of good credentials to take one, but I am unable to decide whether to go for banks or other finance institutions. The problem is that most of them offer competitive rates and I can’t decide on that. I would be seeking your kind suggestions on this matter and would be pleased to know them.

That’s nice that you preferred to take a loan for your house rather than for your son’s education. It’s important to give priority to your child’s studies. The finance market is in a real competition these days and there are lots of ways to take a loan. It all depends on how flexible the plan is and what better options are with each one. My cousin had taken an auto loan from San Diego County CU and was happy with their services. I would recommend the same to you.
