How to do debt recovery?

Hi! I am working in private banking sector in Australia and now days facing a problem of debt recovery. I have a large amount to collect from debtors but I also don’t want to take help from hard recovery chaps. Please do tell me if any one knows about it.

Well….I think if you wait for some more time… you can get a lot better suggestions that this…I am out of any ideas for this!!!!
