how many lenders did you go through...

before you found the right one?

My friend went through three. Or maybe it was two... I can't recall exactly. But you were lucky to get it on your first one.

Till now I had gone through two lenders .Its true that nowadays its somewhat difficult to get loan easily but however you got it at once... really you are very lucky to get it.

We just went through one lender b/c we used a first time homebuyers program and didn't have a choice - but we got a great rate, 5% fixed.
