Brokerage fees

Is there a standard commission brokers get in terms of percentage? Does the customer have to pay it or does the lender pay?

The fee will get added to your total mortgage in most cases, it did in mine anyway. I just paid my monthly mortgage fee and didn't notice it. the fee was around $800

I dont know if there is a set fee that everyone uses, but I dont think it depends on how much the house is worth. Each broker probably has their own fee that is a set number.
