Which loan term is suitable?

According to everyone ought here which loan term is suitable ?
Should someone go with the 15 yr one or the 30 year term?

Depends on what your debt/income ratio is currently, what you can manage, what the previous credit history is as WELL as what rates you are looking at. Need more info.
