high interest student loan

My brother has very high interest student loans. His credit won't let his do anything, but I can "refinance" it with me getting the loan using my credit. But is it still a "student" loan that he can deduct. He is making the payments and his name will be also on the loan. This seems to be some old area once the loan gets moved around. Just want to make sure the "chain of custody" still makes the new loan interest tax deductable. Thanks for your help.

WELCOME TO Colorado Loans | Colorado Home Loans | Colorado Loan

What We Do
We provide you with a full suite of residential and commercial loan products to meet all your mortgage needs in Colorado.

Why use a mortgage broker?
There are two main reasons to use a mortgage broker. The first reason is that a mortgage broker has access to hundreds of loan portfolios at different lending institutions. A bank only has one portfolio. In almost every case you will get a more competitive rate / fee structure with a mortgage broker than you will with a local bank or even credit union.

The second reason to use a mortgage broker is for security. While online loan companies have comparable rates, they are not able to provide the same level of customer service. Your home mortgage is typically your largest financial transaction. When purchasing a home there are many items that must be coordinated in a short period of time including the appraisal, locking the loan, home inspection, survey, title company schedule, underwriting, etc. The last thing you want is for something to go wrong without someone standing by you. Using a local mortgage broker who lives in your community and works daily with your realtor, appraiser, and title company gives you the peace of mind that if something does not go as planned, there will be someone who knows who to call and is willing to help 24 X 7.

Does anyone have any information about mortgage bonds and how they operate? My friend has given me some recommendations about certain companies, but I'm not entirely sure about what the process entails. Could some one help me out a bit?

I totally disagree with you, but whatever…it’s the way you think and everyone has their own way of going on in life.
