Buy a house-no credit check

SPECIAL BUYER PROGRAM
97% FINANCING, 7% int., VERIFIABLE INCOME!
NO MINIMUM FICO SCORE NEEDED

Take advantage of today’s market! If you are a renter, first time homebuyer, relocating, or a homebuyer reestablishing your credit, or been turned down by traditional banks or mortgage brokers, we can provide you with home ownership with as little as 3% down payment. In some cases we may be able to get you 100% financing if you qualify. We offer special financing where credit scores are no issue. If you have a stable work history and an income that can support your payment (and other monthly expenses), chances are we can get you funded. We will fund up to $400,000.00.

If you want to take advantage of today's market then rent don't buy. After the house prices crash another 30-40% then might be the time to buy a house, but the time is not definitely now.

The mortgage crisis will intensify, and there will be many bank failures due to bad loans.
