sorry ive made a post before and i never got a reply
when i was 18 years old i was offered to buy a house id been living in for a while
my payment were to be 250 dollars a month for a 3 bedroom home so i took it
after a year or so the man i was buying the house from said i dont want to be responsible for the house any more he said he would seel it to me for a cheap price 20,000 but the deal was i couldnt get an inspection on the house
so to make this short 5 years or so have passed and now the house is falling apart everything needs to be repaired 42,000 dollars worth my question is if i stop paying on my house and they forclose do i still have to pay or is there a way out of this house

You should ask lawyer specializing in foreclosures and bankruptcy this question. Getting advice here will be useless.
