Which bank?

Which bank do you have your mortgage through?
Do you regret using that particular bank?

I go through USAA, and I'm never digruntled about any of the financial services they offer. If I didn't have access to USAA though I would probably have gone through my credit union.

My mortgage is with a locally owned bank. I went there on the recommendation of a co-worker, who said they took care of him well. Sure enough, they did the same for me. They made everything easy and relatively quick. I don't regret going that route at all.

I'm currently with Bank of America. My only complaints so far are that the first group of payment coupons was sent out so late that I narrowly escaped paying late fees on my first payment. I was getting nervous and dug through my closing paperwork to discover my payment was due that day. I managed to get the operator to waive the phone payment fees.

When the next group of coupons were due, they arrived just days before the next due date. Since then, I order new coupons online as though I'd lost them a couple months before I run out.

Taia, that must have been a harrowing experience. At least you had the foresight to find the payment information BEFORE it was due, and not after!

Our mortage is through a local bank, and they are generally pretty good about matching the service of a national chain.

The bank we got our mortgage through was a local bank and it was fine. Our loan was sold soon after we got it to a national chain and we have not noticed anything different service-wise. I am annoyed that we keep getting 'recommend us to your friends' mail from the first bank though!

Hi
I don’t have so much idea regarding this subject. Just I suggest you to take steps accordingly.
