using business to buy home

I would like to purchase a home without using my personal information.

All of my income is masked into company expenses and I would like to keep it that way.

i have a business that has ALOT OF ESTABLISHED CREDIT LINES with VARIOUS LENDERS without a Personal Guarantees, but it seems that I can not find a lender that would not grant a business mortgage without a personal guarantee.

any advice?

thanks

Why do you want to do this? Sounds a little shady. I can't imagine a bank giving a mortgage to someone without getting a personal guarantee.

I mean, I wouldn't loan someone $100K if I didn't know who they were. You know?

Yeah, I can understand not wanting to have your assets tied to it, but to be unwilling to even show them. They have to be sure that you are going to pay them back.

When you say that you don't want any personal information used, do you mean down to social security numbers and such? If so, it's going to be impossible to go through a bank for a home loan this way, and i'm not sure why you would want to.

Yeah, there's no way - all lenders need PG to approve mortgages.

I agree with everyone else. You will definitely need a PG. Why is it an issue?
